This Privacy Policy applies to (1) our candidates (active and passive) , (2) our associates/contractors -  who are people we source or place on assignment with one of our clients, or individuals to whom we provide other career and vocational services, (3) users of the websites, and (4) representatives of our suppliers, clients.

The Policy also explains the rights of and options available to individuals regarding our use of their information.
Our practices regarding privacy and the use of information are per applicable legal frameworks and may vary from place to place.

Information We Collect
Your personal information may be collected through a number of means, including but not limited to visits to our Websites, through telephone communications, via fax, social media sites, SMS, communication apps, job applications and discussions. Your information may also be collected via communications with clients and suppliers.

  • Next of Kin name and contact details as well as other related contacts as required

  • Criminal record

  • Results of any relevant drug and/or alcohol tests

Cookies and Automatically Collected Information
When you visit our Website and use certain features of it, we may collect information automatically, such as by the use of cookies.

Heritage International Hospitality may, from time to time employ the services of third parties in order to provide our candidates, clients, associates, contractors, and other stakeholders the highest level of service excellence and opportunities.

Such service providers may include work permit and visa companies, transport and travel booking agencies, educational and development institutions, advertising and marketing, payroll, accounting and finance.

These companies will have access to personal Data provided by users of the Website.
Any Data used by these Third Party service providers is only used to the extent that is required in order to fulfill their obligations to Heritage International Hospitality. Further any Data that is processed by Third Parties shall be done do strictly within the terms of this Policy.
 Please Note: Data will be shared with law enforcement agencies or other such Government agencies who have requested this information in line with the prevention of crime, prevention of impending physical harm to person or property, or in relation to ongoing criminal or civil proceedings.

Links to Other Websites
Our Website may provide links to other websites in order to ensure the highest levels of service and choices for the visitor. Heritage International Hospitality does not control these websites and as such can in no way be responsible for their content. Consequently this Policy does not extend to those websites.  Users are advised to read the Privacy Policy of those websites.

Your Rights

You have the right to contact us to confirm what information we hold about you at any time, to the extent provided for by the law of your jurisdiction.

Heritage International Hospitality places significant emphasis on Data security. The company has a number of means by which to protect and safeguard your Data regardless of the Data medium and how that Data was received by us.

Due to the nature of our business we transfer Data we collect from you to countries outside of the country in which the Data was initially received.
Heritage International Hospitality cannot advise or speculate regarding the data protection laws of these countries against that from which you initially provided the information. Please note however than when information is transferred the same procedures apply as stated in the rest of this Policy document.
