Job Description & Responsibilities:
  • Assuring proper sanitisation practices are followed
  • Assuring smooth banquet operation by coordinating with related food and beverage departments
  • controlling food costs by maintaining accurate records of all food ingredients used for banquets
  • Directong supervision of day to day operation of all banquet functions
  • Ensuring prepartion, plating and presentation standards are maintained
Candidate Requirements
  • Degree or High school diploma required (Culinary degree preferred)
  • 3+ years’ experience as a Chinese Chef, must have banquet experience
  • Must be able to provide a portfolio of creative work for consideration
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Precise eye for detail
