Cost Controller (Malaysians Only)
Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Ensure cost control systems and procedures are developed and maintained to support an accurate audit control and supervising date to date operation.
- Provide Heads of the Department with monthly financial data in order to allow them to analyze their performance and run their departments profitably.
- Check the daily report and month end report before forwarding to the management.
- Month end Journal Voucher
- Inventory Turnover Report
- F&B Status Report
- KPI Report
- FOC Items Reconciliation Report
- Balance Sheet Reconciliation for Inventory Account
- Administer all monthly inventory process to ensure controlled losses for the hotel.
Candidate Requirements

- Certificate in any Commerce/Finance course or relevant field
- Professional F&B Control Course and/or a recognized Financial Accounting qualification
- Minimum 3,years in a cost control position
- Experience working in the hospitality or other customer service related industry
- Excellent organisational skills, able to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Familiar with back of the office systems
- Excellent numerical skills
- Organised, methodical and logical thinking
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written English language skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with advanced skills in Excel
