Spa Assistant Manager

Our client is a truly global, innovative, and very successful hotel and resort owner and operator with a growing portfolio of brands stretching across every continent. With a clear emphasis on core values, the business has seen incredible growth in recent years both in terms new locations and also number of rooms within several of its brands.  On behalf of our Client, HIH is looking to recruit a Spa Assistant.

You will work closely with the Spa Manager and be solely responsible for providing administrative support in performing daily activities in the Spa.

Other responsibilities are as follows;

• Assist and support Spa Manager in daily activities
• Greet and attend guests
• Answer telephone and make appointments for guests
• Provide high quality customer services to Spa guests
• Provide relevant information about spa facilities and available services
• Respond to guests inquires and concerns
• Handle and maintain equipment and tools in proper spa settings
• Ensure maintenance within the spa center
• Maintain spa premises neat and a good working environment
• Establish and maintain good relationships with spa staff and guests
• Ensure client's safety, comfort and well-being
• Ensure compliance with local and federal health and safety policies, standards and regulations
• Perform other duties as requested by the spa manager
