Job Description & Responsibilities:

Our client is a leading name in the global hospitality and leisure market with a growing portfolio of properties and brands both in Asia and globally. Due to regional expansion they require an experienced Spa Manager for one of their properties in Phuket, Thailand.

You will be responsible for the management of  the spa facility including spa services, aroma bar, retail boutique, wellness/fitness center, pool and well as recreational activities. You will be reporting to the General Manager.

Specific description and responsibilities as follows;

  • Assist General Manager to establish and meet budget and financial goals Implementing marketing and sales strategic plans
  • Training and scheduling staff
  • Facility management and maintenance
  • Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction is attained
  • Motivate staff to achieve goals and exceed guest expectations
  • Recognize talent and grow staff
Candidate Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years related supervisory experience in a luxury hotel and Spa.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, patient with good teaching skills.
  • Professional knowledge of traditional Thai and international massage and skin care techniques.
  • Computer literate, with good command of both written and spoken English.
