Job Description & Responsibilities:
  • Be able to conduct in-house traning
  • work together with various Heads of Department to identify training needs
  • Map out training plans for the year
  • Plan curriculam for new comers
  • Tailor make training needs based on various reuirements
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • Must be certified by HRDF Trainer with excllent command of English
  • at least 2-3 years of experience.
